How do I enroll?

The class I wanted to enroll my child in is full. Can I be added to a waiting list?
Absolutely! In the registration portal, there is the option to add your child to a waitlist. If seats open up, families on the waitlist will be contacted in the order in which they were added.

What are your payment options?
Enrollment is on a first come basis and payment is set up within the portal. There is a payment plan available, but a minimum payment must be made to secure your place. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of fees, including for illness, withdrawing, etc.

Can I reserve a spot and pay later?
There are payment plans available if needed, but our classes fill very quickly, so the minimum payment is required in order to reserve spots.

How do you handle safety and security?
The safety and wellbeing of our thespians is always our first priority. Our classes operate on closed facility policies, and all our instructors must go through the specified safety checks. For more information, please reference our Policies and Procedures. If you have further specific questions or concerns regarding safety, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help!

Who are your instructors?
Our instructors are local professionals in their fields and/or have educational experience within the area of instruction. All of our teachers have a level of teaching experience and most are certified teachers.

Does my child need prior experience?
Not at all! We always welcome beginners to the world of theatre. At the same time, no two classes, productions, or workshops are alike, so students will always have new experiences.

May I observe my child’s class?
Our classes and rehearsals are Guardian Free Zones. We’ve found that our students and teachers are more at ease when they don’t feel the pressure to perform for onlookers. If you would like to talk about what your child’s group is up to, please don’t hesitate to contact the teacher or director!

This is my first time enrolling. If my child doesn’t enjoy it, can I get a refund?
ATC does its best to ensure that all our students have an enjoyable experience, regardless of their experience level, age, ability, or interest. We recognize that all children are different with diverse interests, however, encourage new parents to contact us with any questions on whether our programs are a fit for your family. Please see our Refund Policy located in the Policies and Procedures for information on withdrawing enrollment.
